Herm Franks is an area in Salt Lake City carved inside a baseball diamond and baseball field. It is fully fenced (I think, as of this writing ‘edit’ me if I’m wrong) and has poop bags supplied as well as a gated area.

Accessible? Easily Accessible. There is parking along the main road.
